Engr. Basil Manafa is the Founder of SysVIEW Mega Projects Ltd.

He is a Chartered Engineer, an ISA 84 Safety Instrumented Systems Fundamentalist, a graduate of Electronic & Computer Engineering from Federal University of Technology, Owerri – Nigeria, and holds an MBA in Leadership from University of Liverpool. 

Mr. Manafa practiced as an Automation & Controls Engineer in the Nigerian Oil & Gas industry, with over 26 years cognate experiences in design engineering, plant construction & commissioning, and sales of process products, systems and services. During his career, Mr. Manafa was actively involved in the design, construction, and commissioning of a number of Oil and Gas facilities in Nigeria. He was an award winning Solution Selling Expert with Emerson Process Management (Emerson Automation) where he served until his resignation in 2016, as the West African Regional Sales Manager - Flow Products, Systems and Services. 

He formed SysVIEW Mega Projects in 2016 and has worked extensively to nurture his vision of making energy easily accessible to business clusters and residential estates, and making them more successful. He is currently building the right synergy with leading players in key industries to develop Industrial Parks, Business Parks, Agro Parks, Science Parks and Medical Parks as means of speeding up Nigeria's industrialisation and creating a new and resilient middle class in Nigeria.

Enu Andrew Nduka is a dynamic entrepreneur with over 13 years of experience in project management and business operations across sectors such as Oil and gas, Mining, Construction, and Logistics. Known for his leadership and strategic planning skills, Andrew has successfully led high-impact projects that delivered measurable results. He is skilled at managing complex operations, building strong client relationships, and ensuring projects align with strategic goals and budgets.

Andrew started as a Business Development Manager at Sylvanok Nigeria Limited, focusing on partnerships and market expansion. He later became a Project Manager at Caniz Limited, where he significantly improved supply chain quality, developed client-specific solutions, and oversaw project execution. Currently, he applies his logistics and operational expertise at Posti Group in Finland, optimizing logistics and operational efficiency.

He holds a B.Sc. in Geology from the University of Port Harcourt and has furthered his studies in Logistics and Project Management at LAB University of Applied Sciences in Finland. His certifications include Project Management, Environmental Engineering, Climate Change, and Strategic Leadership. Andrew's expertise encompasses change management, tactical implementation, and team leadership, making him a valuable asset to any forward-thinking organization.

Andrew's international experience, strong analytical skills, and passion for sustainable development make him well suited to lead strategic initiatives at SysVIEW Mega Projects Ltd. His key areas of expertise are project management, business development, strategic planning, logistics optimization, and client relationship management.

Rafic M. Hammoud is an experienced executive with over 30 years of engineering, construction, and company management expertise. As General Manager and Manager of Projects at Wesco Engineering Limited in Warri, Nigeria, Rafic has been instrumental in leading various high-profile projects in the oil and gas industry, demonstrating his deep knowledge of construction management, cost control, and quality assurance. His extensive career has seen him manage multi-million-dollar projects, successfully navigating complex challenges in project planning, procurement, and execution.

Throughout his career, Rafic has demonstrated an exceptional ability to manage diverse teams, implement modern technological solutions, and ensure that projects adhere to the highest safety and quality standards. He is also exceptionally skilled in negotiation, contract management, and resource optimization, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget. Rafic has a proven track record of effective leadership in multi-national, multicultural environments, and his problem-solving capabilities have earned him the trust of clients and colleagues alike.

Rafic holds a B.Sc. in Computer Science from Point Park College in Pittsburgh, USA, and has significant cross-functional experience in logistics, planning, safety audits, and quality control. His expertise also extends to managing community relations and navigating the complexities of operating in regions with diverse cultural dynamics. With strong communication skills and a commitment to fostering productive work environments, Rafic is a highly competent leader who is well-suited to driving growth and efficiency in challenging project environments.

His career highlights include completing and commissioning the Forcados-Yokri Integrated Project (FYIP), where he oversaw the transportation, installation, and commissioning of equipment and the construction of critical infrastructure like the Switchgear Building and water treatment facilities. Rafic has also managed several other large-scale projects, including gas station construction, power grid extensions, and community infrastructure development. His dedication to quality and safety and his vast technical and managerial expertise make Rafic Hammoud an invaluable asset in engineering and construction management.
