Dr. Tony Akah, mni, is the Principal Consultant, Technical Options West Africa Limited, an Energy and Infrastructure Development Consulting Firm. He was a pioneer staff of the Nigerian Electricity Regulatory Commission, where he retired on February 22, 2021 as the General Manager, Policy, Research and Strategy. Prior to that, he Acted as the Chairman/ Chief Executive Officer of the Commission (NERC) from December 22, 2015 to February 07, 2017 and the Head/General Manager (Director), Government and Consumer Affairs at the Commission (NERC), from June 2007 to December 22, 2015. He is a Certified National Accountant of Nigeria, Certified International Regulation Specialist and also a Public Private Partnership Specialist from the joint programme of the Loughborough University, UK Water, Engineering and Development Centre (WEDC), and the Institute For PublicPrivate Partnership (iP3), Virginia, USA. He is also an alumnus of Harvard University (JFK School of Government), USA, Strategic Management of Regulatory and Enforcement Agencies Course, 2008. A graduate of Accountancy with a second major in Banking and Finance in 1989/1990 and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with specialization in Financial Management in 1992, from De La Salle University, Philippines. Dr. Akah also holds a Doctorate Degree in Management (Ph.D.), graduating with Distinction in 1996 from Adamson University, Philippines. He is a member of the National Institute (mni), Kuru, Senior Executive Course (SEC) 37, 2015. His research project while at NIPSS, Kuru was ‘The Nigerian Electricity Regulatory Commission and Power Distribution in Nigeria; Challenges and Prospects’.
Dr. Akah, mni was a member of the Governing Council, Presidium, Energy Regulators Regional Association (ERRA) 2016 t0 2018. The first African elected on the 7-man Board of this highly acclaimed international Association. He is also a member of the Presidential Inter-Ministerial Committee on Power.

Engr. Basil Manafa is the Founder of SysVIEW Mega Projects Ltd.

He is a Chartered Engineer, an ISA 84 Safety Instrumented Systems Fundamentalist, a graduate of Electronic & Computer Engineering from Federal University of Technology, Owerri – Nigeria, and holds an MBA in Leadership from University of Liverpool. 

Mr. Manafa practiced as an Automation & Controls Engineer in the Nigerian Oil & Gas industry, with over 26 years cognate experiences in design engineering, plant construction & commissioning, and sales of process products, systems and services. During his career, Mr. Manafa was actively involved in the design, construction, and commissioning of a number of Oil and Gas facilities in Nigeria. He was an award winning Solution Selling Expert with Emerson Process Management (Emerson Automation) where he served until his resignation in 2016, as the West African Regional Sales Manager - Flow Products, Systems and Services. 

He formed SysVIEW Mega Projects in 2016 and has worked extensively to nurture his vision of making energy easily accessible to business clusters and residential estates, and making them more successful. He is currently building the right synergy with leading players in key industries to develop Industrial Parks, Business Parks, Agro Parks, Science Parks and Medical Parks as means of speeding up Nigeria's industrialisation and creating a new and resilient middle class in Nigeria.

Chief Barr (Mrs.) Edith Mike-Ejezie will bring her deep wealth of experiences in diverse industry sectors to bear on SysVIEW operations.

Chief Barr (Mrs.) Edith Mike-Ejezie, has had a distinguished executive/management career spanning over 2 decades, creating and executing strategies for expansion and diversification in the legal, business and governmental fields.

Chief (Mrs.) Mike-Ejezie has pursued both personal and corporate development and responsibilities from humanist perspective.

A visionary leader and expert in corporate governance and open government, Chief (Mrs.) Mike-Ejezie is highly motivated, challenge-driven and a proven successful leader.

Professionally trained in both Nigeria and United Kingdom (holds university degrees in Law, Corporate Governance & Finance and Business Management) as lawyer and in Corporate Business as well as in Communication, Advertising & Marketing specialist, Mrs. Mike-Ejezie has played deeply in both the corporate world (especially law practice and in Oil and Gas) and government.

A recognized Marine & Logistics consultant to many Nigerian banks and reputable local and international oil and gas companies, Chief (Mrs.) Mike-Ejezie has been for about 2 decades a respected player in the top-of-the-range in the industries. She is federalist, and firm believer and contributor to the Nigeria Project and working toward greater development, a stronger & better Nigeria & a developed and connected Anambra State/South East. As a charity mobilizer and Pro bono champion, community leader and philanthropist, Chief Barr (Mrs.) Edith Mike-Ejezie holds the traditional title of Okite Aguleri and is the immediate past Liaison Officer of Anambra State government in Abuja and Northern Nigeria.short description about your product or service.

Mr. Godfrey Mbanugo Udenze, FCIArb, is a Chartered Arbitrator, Notary Public, Chartered Tax Consultant, an Associate Member – Equipment Leasing Association of Nigeria (ELAN), and the Principal Partner at Mbanugo Udenze & Co, a legal firm of Barristers, Solicitors and Notary Public.

He was born on the 8th of June, 1958 and hails from Nando, Anambra State.

He attended the famous Christ the King College Onitsha, Anambra State, where he obtained his West Africa Examination Certificate – WAEC in 1976.

He got his Higher School Certificate – HSC, from the then College of Arts and Sciences, Oko in 1980.

He studied Law in the University of Nigeria, Enugu Campus, from where he obtained his Bachelor of Laws – LLB (Hons) in 1986, and then proceeded to the Nigeria Law School, Lagos where he was awarded the Barrister At Law (Hons) in 1987.

Mr. Godfrey Mbanugo Udenze, FCIArb, started his career as an Assistant Legal Officer during his NYSC at the Markurdi branch of the Nigeria Bank for Commerce and Industry, a Development Bank with the mandate for funding of small-scale industries. He served in that capacity from 1987 to 1988. He then became an Associate / Senior Council at Godfrey Amachree Ogbemi & Co., a Legal firm of Barristers, Solicitors & Notary Public. He served in that capacity from 1988 to June 1992. He then established Mbanugo Udenze & Co., a Legal Firm of Barristers, Solicitors and Notary Public, in 1992. He serves as the Principal Partner till date.

Mr. Godfrey Mbanugo Udenze, FCIArb, also serves as Company Secretary of many companies including C&I LEASING PLC (a leasing Company very prominent in the gas and oil sub sector of the economy and is quoted in the Nigerian Stock Exchange (from inception to date), COOEC NIGERIA FZE (an offshore company in the Lekki Free Zone), COOEC NIGERIA LIMITED (a subsidiary of Chinese national oil engineering company).

Mr. G. Mbanugo Udenze, FCIArb is also an accomplished Author. He published a book titled Pension Law & Practice in Nigeria (A review of the Pension Reform Act 2004). He is currently reviewing the Leasing Laws in Nigeria with a view to some Legal and other reform implication in the Leasing Practice in Nigeria. Engineer Stephen A. Ndukwe comes with exceptional performance record and outstanding Operational leadership attributes. He has amassed over 30 years of unique work experience and industry expertise gained through distinguished careers at renowned organizations like General Electric Company, General Motors, Honda Manufacturing North America, and International Truck and Engine Company.

He is currently Special Adviser on Industry to Japan International Cooperative Agency (JICA), Abuja. Prior to that, he was a Consultant to United Nations Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO) as the Country Expert on Automotive Industry, working very closely with the Director General of National Automotive Design and Development Council (NADDC).

Engr. Ndukwe’s years of experience in Engineering, Manufacturing, and Industrial Management especially in the Automotive Sector span through Plant Management, Plant Start-Ups, Cost Reductions, New Product Launch, Lean Manufacturing, Purchasing Systems Development, ISO 9001 | Capital Projects, Quality Assurance, Team Building, Strategic Planning, Process Reengineering, Global Expansion, Supplier Development, Operations Management, Paint Shop, Injection Molding, Stamping, Assembly, Safety and Productivity Improvement.

His work experience cuts across brands in the private and public services sectors. He has worked for the best in class blue chip multinational companies within and outside Nigeria. Prior to joining Flour Mills of Nigeria PLC and returning to Nigeria in 2007, as Group Technical Director, he was the Director of Manufacturing for International Trucks and Engine Company with headquarters in Chicago, USA. At international trucks, he had the responsibility for all new product introduction activities in Mexico, United States and Canada, covering seven manufacturing facilities.

Engr. Ndukwe is a graduate of General Electric Company Manufacturing Management Program (MMP), and Advanced Courses in Manufacturing (ACM). An Automotive Mechanic graduate of Government Trade Centre Enugu, he holds a Diploma Degree in Technology from East Ham College of Technology, London England, Bachelors and master’s degrees in mechanical engineering from West Virginia University in Morgantown, West Virginia. He has also attended several Management and Leadership Development courses at various institutions including GE Jack Welch Leadership Centre, Crontonville, Centre for Creative Leadership, Colorado and Wharton Business School, University of Pennsylvania, USA..

Baljit Singh is a progressive and diversely talented Petroleum Engineer, Drilling Engineer, Offshore Deepwater System Engineer, and Project Manager/Engineering Manager with over 34 years’ experience in E&P Industry.

He has 15-years’ experience in Deepwater development systems engineering for worldwide projects with focus on engineering of drilling and SURF components and Project Management of FEED, Basic and Detailed Engineering for Operators worldwide.

He has a unique combination of experiences working with IOC’s, NOC’s, US based Independent, Joint Industry Projects, Deepwater Engineering Consultants and Technology/Hardware providers.

He has proven effectiveness as a project manager and engineering team leader with the ability to coordinate and direct multi-disciplinary teams.

He has MS in Petroleum Engineering from University of Oklahoma, USA, and BS in Mechanical Engineering from University of Jabalpur, India.

Enu Andrew Nduka is a dynamic entrepreneur with over 13 years of experience in project management and business operations across sectors such as Oil and gas, Mining, Construction, and Logistics. Known for his leadership and strategic planning skills, Andrew has successfully led high-impact projects that delivered measurable results. He is skilled at managing complex operations, building strong client relationships, and ensuring projects align with strategic goals and budgets.

Andrew started as a Business Development Manager at Sylvanok Nigeria Limited, focusing on partnerships and market expansion. He later became a Project Manager at Caniz Limited, where he significantly improved supply chain quality, developed client-specific solutions, and oversaw project execution. Currently, he applies his logistics and operational expertise at Posti Group in Finland, optimizing logistics and operational efficiency.

He holds a B.Sc. in Geology from the University of Port Harcourt and has furthered his studies in Logistics and Project Management at LAB University of Applied Sciences in Finland. His certifications include Project Management, Environmental Engineering, Climate Change, and Strategic Leadership. Rafic M. Hammoud is an experienced executive with over 30 years of engineering, construction, and company management expertise. As General Manager and Manager of Projects at Wesco Engineering Limited in Warri, Nigeria, Rafic has been instrumental in leading various high-profile projects in the oil and gas industry, demonstrating his deep knowledge of construction management, cost control, and quality assurance. His extensive career has seen him manage multi-million-dollar projects, successfully navigating complex challenges in project planning, procurement, and execution.

Throughout his career, Rafic has demonstrated an exceptional ability to manage diverse teams, implement modern technological solutions, and ensure that projects adhere to the highest safety and quality standards. He is also exceptionally skilled in negotiation, contract management, and resource optimization, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget. Oluchukwu Udemezue Esq. is a legal practitioner and Lead Counsel at Lex Divina LP, a full-service law firm in Nigeria.
