He is a Certified National Accountant of Nigeria, Certified International Regulation Specialist and also a Public Private Partnership Specialist from the joint programme of the Loughborough University, UK Water, Engineering and Development Centre (WEDC), and the Institute For PublicPrivate Partnership (iP3), Virginia, USA.
